Access to confidential deal information requires completion of our verification process, which includes identity confirmation, proof of funds, and investment criteria assessment. MERKAO reserves the right to deny or revoke access at its sole discretion. All verified users must maintain accurate and current information on the platform.
All information shared through the MERKAO platform regarding specific properties, transactions, or deal terms is strictly confidential. Users agree to not disclose, reproduce, or distribute any confidential information without the prior written consent of MERKAO. Breach of confidentiality may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.
